Help Fight Kids' Cancer!

We are shaving our heads to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So we decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

We Want You!

The call for volunteers is louder than it has ever been. In 1977 the number of volunteer firefighters is PA was around 300,000 today they are saying it could be as low as 50,000. Recruitment of new firefighters and retention of the ones you already have has become a challenge for many PA fire departments. Eagle Fire Company has been working hard to ensure that we will be serving our communities for many years to come but we can't do it alone. Get out and support your local fire dept. We aren't just looking for firefighters but also support personnel. You don't have to wear turnout gear to serve your community! We can always use administrative help or help at fund raising events. Whatever capacity you choose to become involved in with your local volunteer fire department, it will most likely be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life!

Eagle Fire Company on abc27 News

Eagle Fire Company was recently chosen to be interviewed for a piece on abc27 News by Steven Fisher. The topic of the Story is the decline of volunteer firefighters. York county is very fortunate to have many dedicated men and women who sacrifice their time and put their lives on the line to help the public. They wanted to shed light on the situation as well as how a department can recruit new members. We believe that it takes the entire department working towards a common goal for it to work. Without that all the hard work will fall short.
